Warranty Statement

A-Screen Repair stands behind the quality of our work. All labor and materials provided by A-Screen Repair are warranted for a period of three (3) years from the date of installation to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions.

3-Year Workmanship and Manufacturer Material Warranty

If a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered during this warranty period, A-Screen Repair will, at our option, repair or replace the defective portion at no cost to the customer. This warranty covers only the products and services installed by A-Screen Repair and does not extend to unrelated structures, pre-existing conditions, or products not supplied by us.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Acts of God (including hurricanes, tropical storms, hail, or other severe weather events)
  • Misuse, neglect, or abuse
  • Modifications or repairs by anyone other than A-Screen Repair
  • Normal wear and tear (including gradual fading of screens or finishes)

Liability under this warranty is limited strictly to the labor and material originally provided by A-Screen Repair. No incidental or consequential damages are covered.

How To Request Service

1. Report the Issue: Notify us of any warranty concern as soon as it is discovered.

2. Inspection: A technician will be scheduled to inspect the reported issue and determine if it falls within the warranty coverage.

3. Resolution: If covered, A-Screen Repair will repair or replace the defective labor or material at no cost to you. If not covered, we will provide a written estimate for any recommended repairs.
